Third year of Studies (Choice):

In Geneva: Organisation of Biological Integrated Systems

Module M31G: Nuclear magnetic resonance (26 hours).

Module 32G: Bioenergetic and compared photobiology. Biospectroscopy (26 hours).

Module M33G: Secondary messengers (26 hours).

Module M34G: Chronobiology (26 hours).

Organisation in time of cellular and organ work.

Biophysical, biochemical and structural bases of ultradian and circadian fluctuations and rhythms.

Molecular genetics of the biological rhythms.Organisation in compartments and networks.

Mathematical analysis and modelling.

Module M35G: Physiomatics and macrofunctions at cellular and organ levels (64 hours.

Module M36G: Training course of one year in a research laboratory (30 c).

Training course of one year in the laboratory of Bioenergetic and photobiology (Professor R. Strasser) or in that of Biochemistry and Plant Physiology (Professor C Penel, Professor H. Greppin, Dr. R. Degli Agosti): the central topic being plant physiomatic.

The student will have to manage an experimentation comprising modelling simultaneously entering the research programs in progress. This work will give place to a bibliographical analysis and will be the subject of a report paper, publications or seminary presentation.
